Pocket Puppy is an extremely friendly and gentle 5 year old 14 hand buckskin gelding. He is put together well and has good foot and bone. Perfect size for easy on and easy off. This fun size horse has THE BEST personality! He loves people and loves attention. Catch him where you find him if he does not catch you first. He is the first one to the gate and always wants to be with us. He stands quiet for tacking and mounting as well as stepping off. He has an easy slow jog and takes his leads and will move out when you ask him. He has a good stop and back up as well. He is a laid back horse that is solid to ride out wherever we ride him. When riding on our busy streets he is confidant, relaxed and un-concerned about the barking charging dogs and the fast passing cars. Pocket is also outstanding to ride on our mountain trails. He goes happily where we point him. Over the trail bridges and downed trees to the dry river bed and picks his way thru the rocks. He is sure footed in steep rocky terrain and navigates our Ojai trails well. He will lead or follow, ride quietly in the middle and goes out alone. Pocket has been used on the ranch working cattle, doctoring and sorting. This adorable horse wants to be your best friend. He’s always been in good hands and really trusts the human. Up to date on Vaccinations and worming. 100% safe sane and sound with no bad habits or vices. Not to mention cute!
