Riley is a beautiful thick made a AQHA 8 year old, 15.2+ Hd jet black gelding that’s very friendly and gentle. He has a nice collected slow jog and will lope out on cue. Good stop, backs up with ease and will side pass over to open and close gates. Good one hand neck rein and it’s user-friendly to ride and to be around. Riley is outstanding to ride out around our busy neighborhood streets as well as out on our steep rocky trails. He is dependable in urban environments. Fast passing vehicles, the barking charging dogs and odd things we encounter in our neighborhood are of no concern to him. He is equally as good to ride out on our mountain trails. Crosses water, trail bridges, trail obstacles and down timber. Will lead, follow, ride quietly in large groups or out on his own. He walks out nice and is sure footed He navigates our steep rocky terrain really well and is a pleasure to trail ride. Riley has ranch work experience, has been lightly started roping and has been used by the kids for play days on barrels and poles. This horse is gentle and stays gentle with time off. He’s super good-natured and friendly. Loves people and attention. Riley has no bad habits, vices or issues of any kind. He’s good to tie, bathe, load and haul.
